Levi Roots – Westfield Stratford. We were delighted to be considered for Mr Levi Roots first restaurant in the UK or as Levi Roots would say ‘Rastaurant’. Mr Levi Roots burst to fame when he entered Dragons Den with his Levi Roots sauce brand with both Peter Jones and Richard Farleigh investing the money needed. Working closely with B3 Designers the signage elements we used were mild steel built up text with cold cathode running through for the Caribbean and LEDs for Smokehouse all hung using scaffolding, we really enjoyed working on this project.
