Our teams provide flexibility for clients working out-of-hours to avoid minimum disruption to business.
	Local authority planning advice
	Technical Signs operate an in-house planning service. We also offer a pre-application consultation service whereby we liase with the council prior to submission of any application in order to comply with local policy.
	Maintenance
	As well as installations across the UK, Ireland and Europe Technical Signs also run maintenance contracts in the same way. With the advent of LED signage in our products we have managed to substantially reduce the need for any maintenance with our current client base, thus saving them a large amount of money each year.
	Planning Consent
	Technical Signs are able to act as your agent for the purpose of submission of advertisement, listed building, full planning consent and any other applications pertaining to your signage requirements. This service includes the provision of all required planning drawings, ordnance survey maps and visuals.
